What clubs usually ask.
We already use a club platform. Does SPOTR fit alongside it?
Yes. Scouting runs separately in SPOTR, in the club’s own environment. Whatever you need in the platform, you export as CSV or JSON; nobody enters anything twice, and there is no module price.
Does the head of academy get a read-only role?
There is no separate read-only role. A head of academy gets the head scout role: they see every report, file and shadow team, and never have to write a report themselves.
Can we start in the middle of the season?
Yes. The trial starts as soon as we have your logo, colours and list of scouts, in October or February too. If you continue afterwards, the first season is charged pro rata until 30 June; after that the contract runs per season, from 1 July to 30 June.
What does SPOTR not do?
No video, no data feeds and no integration with Wyscout or SoccerLAB. SPOTR keeps what your own scouts see and the process around it; video and data sources stay where they are.
What does the first season cost in total?
For a full season: Club €1,500 + €299 setup = €1,799 excluding VAT; after that €1,500 per season. Pro from €4,299. If you start later in the season, the first season is charged pro rata. No cost per scout, player or report.
