What does your first season cost?
The twelve-week trial costs nothing. If you continue afterwards, the first season is charged pro rata until 30 June, plus the €299 setup. After that it runs per season.

- Cancelling
- By email, no later than one month before 30 June. Without notice it runs for another season.
- Price change
- Announced at least 60 days before the renewal date; you may then cancel as of that date.
- If you stop
- Export until 30 days after the end date; after that we wipe the environment and the last backups disappear within 30 days.
The trial
Twelve weeks without software cost, in your own club environment. Five fixed moments, each with a goal, and one scorecard we fill in together.

Configuration, short training, first assignment and test report. Goal: at least 80% of the intended scouts active.
- 2Week 2Adoption check
Clear blockers. Goal: at least three active scouts and ten real reports.
- 6Week 6Halfway
Review with the head scout; adjust workflow and criteria. Goal: recurring use and file consultation.
- 10Week 10Value and budget
Value and budget conversation; prepare the proposal. Goal: the decision-maker confirms criteria and timing.

Start paying, or stop and export. No trial without an explicit outcome.

What clubs usually ask.
What does the first season cost in total?
For a full season: Club €1,500 + €299 setup = €1,799 excluding VAT; after that €1,500 per season. Pro from €4,299. If you start later in the season, the first season is charged pro rata. No cost per scout, player or report.
Can we start in the middle of the season?
Yes. The trial starts as soon as we have your logo, colours and list of scouts, in October or February too. If you continue afterwards, the first season is charged pro rata until 30 June; after that the contract runs per season, from 1 July to 30 June.
What happens after the trial?
We decide together in week 12. If you continue, everything noted during the trial stays. If you stop, you export until 30 days after the end; after that we delete the environment, and the last backups disappear within 30 days.
Do you also work with clubs in the Netherlands?
Yes. SPOTR is built for youth academies in Belgium and the Netherlands, with the same app and the same prices. The demo can take place online.
